All land planning projects we have been involved with strive to find a healthy and harmonious compromise between development and the preservation and conservation of natural or pastoral landscapes as treasures and resources in themselves.

We favor the concepts of cluster development or TND's to preserve open space for agricultural and/or recreational uses, encourage creative ideas around rain water and run-off storage / absorption and like to work with local nature conservancies and land conservation trusts to enable the creation or maintenance of contiguous wild life corridors and water shed conservation.

Traffic calming through clearly defined design standards within the context of community and village design is an area of particular interest and expertise.
